What information do the forms collect?
The contact, quotation and supplier forms store the name, company, email, phone, country, product and message details you provide, plus optional attachments. Please do not submit identity documents, health information, payment details or other people’s private information that is unnecessary for your enquiry.
How is the information used?
Form information is collected electronically to review your enquiry, contact you, prepare quotations and manage business cooperation. These forms do not subscribe you to marketing communications.
Access and service providers
Requests and attachments are accessible only to authorized administrators. The site and enquiry records are stored in the IHS hosting account. Resend emails your contact and enquiry details, part list, generated PDF and uploaded attachment to authorized members of the export team. It also sends you a short receipt and administrators a sign-in code. Email copies may remain in recipients’ mailboxes independently of deletion from the panel. Resend may process data on infrastructure outside your country.
Storage and your requests
Records are kept in the administration panel to review enquiries and manage the related business relationship. The authorized administrator can delete records and attachments. You can request information, access, correction or deletion through the contact address below, quoting your request reference.
Cookies
No marketing cookies are used. If configured, Google Analytics loads only with permission given through Cookie preferences on the home page. Visits, language, category and form completion events may be measured; personal form details are not sent as analytics events. Your choice is stored in your browser for up to 180 days and can be changed there. The secure administration sign-in service may use cookies necessary for the session.
